Untruthful..appeased my husband by pulling up a diagram of a totally different washer and said the clip (which broke)was to hold the door? The clip on this specific washer is designed to secure the tubing from the filter basket. I know because I am the one who cleans the washer monthly including the filter basket. Also, on the invoice he said my husband said there was an issue with the load n go dispenser drawer not going in..and he reinserted? Untrue..we have never had an issue with the drawer. Reported
