"No fault codes were present. Ran a quick wash cycle, washer filled and started agitating, drained and ran drain and spin, drain and spin functions with high spin. Ran diagnostics, diagnostics completed with no error codes, advised customer that with this particular design of washer with the tub floating with no support it is common for the washer to mistake a load for being unbalanced which then cancels the cycle and forces the customer to run and drain and spin. Motor and struts have been replaced already , control board may need to be replaced if the washer shows sensing issues. Washer is functioning as designed as of no."

"Replaced the timer assembly, started timer at 60 minutes, ran timer verified that the timer is advancing and the dryer is heating. Unit is functioning as designed.
