"Cx states washer dead, no power. Verified polarity at the outlet. Outlet polarity is correct. Outlet providing 120vac. Power cord has continuity. Main control receiving 120vac. Led status light on control not flashing. Control board has failed. We had the wrong model and serial number information was given by Cx. Corrected info. Quoted cx $596.18 for repairs. Cx agreed to repairs. $398.49 CK Auth# X9VN9K; ordrng 1 W11498796 (Control)"

Thank you, Erick I was extremely surprised when I arrive home and found out that my washer was working I was told by my mom that you were very kind and very detailed on finding out the problem your fast response and expertise are greatly appreciated. I was under the impression that I was going to be without a washer for another 3 weeks from what the previous company had told me so glad I decided to request for someone else to come in and check the washer.
