Erick was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue with our KitchenAid dishwasher.
He used extreme caution and care while handling the dishwasher and the parts. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and why.
Then when he diagnosed the problem he explained what likely happened to have caused the issue.
He is a very professional, tidy, courteous, mannerly and an all around upstanding employee that you should be very proud of.
