Upon arrival cx stated icemaker and water dispenser not working. Found valve is functional. Icemaker passed test. Found there is no water coming to the refrigerator. All valve turned on. Instructed cx he will need to have someone come out and figure out whats going on with water supply. Unit operating as designed. Job complete
