Rod was very unprofessional and rude, spent the whole time complaining and cussing, then he broke something else on our washer and left it. Then the company scheduled me for a visit without even asking if I would be available that day and I had to find out by calling them because they hadn’t contacted me for almost an entire week, I had to call off work just to be at this appointment. After 10 days he came out again and left my house before I could even answer the door, I had to chase him down the street and he said he refused to work because we hadn’t left our washer in the driveway for 10 days. He refused to carry it out with me to do the work. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
