"Customer states the unit will sometimes seem to,shut off and the freezer defrosts. Sometimes they can manipulate the control dials and the unit will start up sometimes the unit starts up by itself.Unit dispatched under warranty.Adjusted cold control and was able to shut off the compressor . Moved dial to the previous setting and had to move it further. The unit did not start dolling until after the door was shut about a half a minute later. There is a service bulletin about potential ADC issues that match the customers description of the issue. Ordering ADC and cold control.; ordrng 1 WPW10366605 (ADC) and 1 WP2198202 (Cold control)"

Customer states the u it will not complete cycles. Unit dispatched under warranty.Checked for faults and found a 8-1(low/no flow) code. Checked valves and found the cold valve volume at a trickle. Cleared screens and purged lines. Tested unit and found it operating as designed.

Customer states the unit stopped making ice.Unit undernCalled TID 1004978521; ordrng 1 5304529155 (Waterline) and 1 5304529163 (Pri) and 1 5304529158 (Secondary) and 1 5304529180 (Mullion)

"Customer states there is a noise from the unit when the door is closed , the door is difficult to open after closing it and there was frost on the upper RH corner of the liner.Unit is under warranty.The sound and door opening issue is the door sucking in because of the negative pressure from the air cooling inside of the fridge. I do not see any gaps in the seal. Siliconed areas that may augment air leaks."

Customer states the are getting a FTD code and the unit will not start. Unit is out of warranty.Found the air gap clogged. Customer will fix this issue. The upper rack is NOT broken.
