KITCHENAID DISHWASHER KDTE334GPS0 Customer states right side track is broken.Tech found unit improperly installed. No mounting brackets and mis matched hardware secured the base plate. Unit has no air gap installed and plug is located behind unit. Must flip breaker to service unit.Removed unit and replaced left and right upper tracks. Adjusters are in good condition so not replaced. Unit installed and ops as intended job complete.Info on unit has been updated. At this time unit is within first year warranty; Job Complete.
