Cx states the drum light is broken. Unit under manufacturer warranty. I replaced the led in the drum today. Issue is resolved.

Cx states ice production was still sparadic over the last week. Unit under manufacturer warranty. I called Bosch techline today. They documented the issue and suggested replacing the IWS board along with a new icemaker.; ordrng 1 12042920 (Iws board) and 1 11036056 (Ice maker)

Cx states the drum light is broken. Unit under manufacturer warranty. Upon inspection I verified that the drum light is broken and its harness is damaged. PreID light was not correct.; ordrng 1 D518795 (Light assembly)

"Cx states unit is not drying efficiently. Unit is under manufacturer warranty. Whirl breaking the unit down to replace components, I found the wiring harness to one of the coils was not plugged to the coil completely. I secured the connection and retested. Unit is now heating normally."

Cx states the unit is making very little ice and that water is dripping from the ice dispenser door. Unit is under manufacturer warranty. Upon inspection I found melty ice in the icebox. I need to call techline to document with Bosch. I tried today techline was unavailable. Rescheduling for techline call.; schdld next appmnt for 9/25 THU !
