Fixed- found suspension to be very weak from normal wear causing basket to hit side walls- removed bad ones and then installed new (suspension) calibration test pass- auto test pass- no leaks- no errors- cx ok repair

Fixed- found damper to be stuck open causing items to freeze- look at pictures- removed bad one and then installed new (damper) damper is now opening/closing as designed- cx ok repair

Need work- found knocking sound coming from gear case- f5e7 actuator failure- belt is slipping on cam- agitator stuck on shaft will need to break off - requires authorization- ordering parts for unit. ; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gear case) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 285565 (Agitator)
