Upon arrival inspected unit customer showed me some frost buildup on the center bottom of the freezer compartment. I inspected gasket gasket looked in very good condition. Did notice a small air gap in In bottom center of freezer compartment gasket was able to heat it up and removed it. Advise customer to keep an eye on it but at the moment it is completely sealed up. Advise customer to always make sure that the door is shut correctly and never leave the freezer door open for too long or stack things to a high inside the unit so that the door closes properly all ops are normal at the moment cleared frost advise customer that if they have any more issues to please give us a call Job complete

Upon arrival inspected unit found unit making loud Clinking noise and rubbing noise replaced slider agitator and gearcase tested unit unit is no longer making noise. All ops are normal job complete.

Customer has lights that are out in her unit. Ordering the lights now.; ordrng 1 W11683243 (LED top lights) and 7 W11683243 (White LED)s

"CX is complaining that the unit wouldnt finish a cycle. Upon diagnosis I found the unit to have a F9E1 error code. Unit also wouldnt start. Replaced the control and unit started but didnt drain. CX needs the drain pump. I wasnt able to explain everything to the customer because they werent there. And the woman who let me in disappeared. I called out to her to let her know going on with no responded, so I just left and left a voice message on the number. ; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) and 1 W11643701 (Wire harness) and 1 W11513246 (Control)"

"Upon arrival found unit giving me a F7 E2, which is motor circuit overheated also found F9e1 drain issue checked drain pump found coins blocking drain in pump Check the fan blade fan blade was all chipped up the unit didnt drain and unlock. The unit will need a new drain pump, stater rotor, and electronic control.; ordrng 1 W11201293 (Electronic control) and 1 W10870751 (Stater) and 1 WPW10544980 (Rotor) and 2 WPW10253476 (Stator screw)s and 1 W11253212 (Main motor bolt) and 1 WPW10605427 (Water pump)"
