"Cx states unit is no longer spinning and leaving the clothes, dirty at the end of cycle. Unit is covered under extended warranty. F7E3 F7E9 present. Upon inspection, I attempted to remove the rotor to check for issues on the motor assembly. I was unable to remove the rotor due to a stripped bolt, holding the motor together. the entire drive assembly needs to be replaced to fix the issue. That includes the transmission, the stator and rotor, slider, and clutch as well as all the bolts. This may be too expensive to repair. Installed hinges and gasket to correct air leak from oven door. Customer told me about a new issue today. The flame on the 3 large burners is larger on the right side causing uneven cooking. Called to document. Techline suggested a regulator issue low gas pressure. Sr 7742301524; ordrng 1 W11346659 (regulator)

In warranty. Cx reports unit is not heating properly. The customer has stated that the heat is escaping on the right side. When he applies constant pressure on that side the temperature works properly. Ordering hinges and gasket.; ordrng 2 W10857234 (Hinge)s and 1 WPW10535778 (Gasket)

"Found kinked water line to icemaker. Kink was in the tubing at the valve assembly. Snipped the kink from the tubing and reattached to valve. Issue should be resolved now. If called back, send with icemaker and valve assembly."

Water valves are good. Only fault was an out of balance during final spin. I instructed our customer on what to do in this situation. Called later in the day to verify that cycle completed. Unit is operating as designed.
