Customer states not cooling. 2 count job. Allow 1 1/2 hours. Found brown heater wire terminal backed out of connector. Replaced defrost heater w/ harness. Unit is cooling properly at this time. Replaced evaporator fan motor w/ bi-metal, LED service kit per service pointer # W11460554. Found FC door gasket split at bottom, thermistor cover tab broke off. 2 count job. Allow 1 1/2 hours. Advised customer to allow 24 hours before loading food. ; ordrng 1 W11661208 (Cover-thermistor) and 1 W10407216 (Door gasket FC)"
