"Visual and physical inspection was performed and was not able to witness nor to reproduce claimed noise. Called into tech line and spoke with Chris whom after my explanation of issue at hand, he assured me that this unit fell out of range of service pointer W11634348, hence, compressors issues have been addressed on this newer units.and also provided me with an SR 7736978324. His last recommendation was to ask consumer to keep an ear on unusual noises and a recording could be performed, to do so for a longer time. Consumer was informed."

"Upon arrival, I was inform of what it has happened, her son in law and daughter came to help her to open the frosted freezer drawer and when they yanked it, one the inner rails got stuck and when they pushed the drawer back in and tried opening it, they couldnt. I have dismantled the the drawer and unstuck the rails to perform as designed and lube them with WD 40 provided by consumer. If issue reoccurs, she already knows and understands the whats to be done and how much.

Through my initial visual and physical inspection found a frost buildup in freezers compartment and this was preventing the drawer for closing properly and achieving the required seal. I have cleared up the frost buildup and have also suggested to customer to allow 24 hours before turning unit back on.

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WGD92HEFW0 The dryer is squealing really loud. Replaced the idler pulley and the drive belt. I vacuum the lint out of the interior cabinet also. The dryer tested good at this time.
