Removed and replaced door found someone had done work to the harness of the door. Tested all works good at this time. Kick plate is not for this model customer is going to contact store.

Customer stated that the unit kept beeping saying over temp. Unit is now at recommended temps. Customer may have not closed door and defrosted unit and alarm will sound until temps go back to set temps. Tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that unit is not heating. Found gas turned off because gas line is leaking. Customer needs to replace gas line. Tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that the left front ignitor sparks after turned on. Found shorted out switch harness. Removed and replaced harness tested all works good at this time.
