Very professional took little time to diagnose the problem ordered the parts and was back within a few days. He was very professional, and I highly recommend him.

Cruz came to check my broken washer. He pressed some buttons, opened the lid, tilted the machine and made a call saying he replaced the parts, and that he needed more parts. I had parts shipped to me by the warranty company prior to his arrival. He drained the water, took my new parts and never took apart my washer. I called the appliance company back the next day. They told me that his report stated "replaced old parts with new, and completed the job." I still have a broken washer that was just drained and looked at.
