Overall satisfied, great communication in regards to appointments scheduling. Would recommend being able to skip the Spanish version when calling companies number. Also, faster service would be appreciated. Fridge went down on a Monday and it was not repaired till the following week Wednesday.

The leak he supposedly fixed was leaking within the hour. Whirlpool sent out another technician from another company a few days later and his fix lasted less than 5 minutes. They are coming out again on Thursday to try again. If they can’t fix the leak, I will call Costco for a new refrigerator. It’s only a few months old.

The customer service was excellent with Bill..He was kind, courteous, and friendly.
