Customer was complaining that the unit wasnt draining. Upon diagnosis I found the wire harness to be broken at the drain pump. I replaced the wire harness and unit is now working as designed at this time.

Customer is complaining of the unit was not working as designed. Upon diagnosis I found the refrigerator section to be at 37° in the freezer to be at 11°. The ice cream itself was perfect. Making me believe that the unit is working just fine. I let customer know this but he wants me to replace all the previous parts that the last tech did in 2019. I let the customer know that I deafly cannot promise that after replacing the parts it will fix the problem. Also let them know that. He will have to be charged for everything. ; ordrng 1 1123394 (THERM & BARRIER ASSY) and 1 WP4387500 (Defrost bi metal) and 1 W10822278 (Time def)

Ui harness is torn.part not in parts list.need to call tech line to get part number.; schdld next appmnt for 8/21 WED !
