In warranty- customers complaint: unit not draining. Found broken wire harness f9 e1 error. Wire harness was removed and replaced. Unit passed all test. Drain pump was tested. Drain pump is working. Unit was not fully connected to perform all test. Unit is working as intended.

Last Techline master technician instruct to replace the vent assembly and inner door. Now the unit does not power on at all. Techline (7742298291) instruct to replace the vent.
