"Case number 23757071Upon arrival Contacted tech support ran multiple pressures with tech-support takes support. Advise me that there is a possible obstruction. Compressor was running. OK blew out system per tech-support. Replaced dryer put unit in a vacuum after pressurized unit 250 psi unit held pressures for 20 minutes but unit in a vacuum unit how to vacuum-29 both high and low side for 15 minutes recharged unit with 59 g of R 600 a unit continue to do the same thing contacted tech-support again. Tech-support is now advising me to order evaporators three-way valve condenser. Also send back the compressor with me all sealed system is covered under limited, sealed system warranty.; O-emld tckt"

Matthew was great. Overall my experience was horrible. I needed to replace a bulb. Something I could have done easily but since the refrigerator was only 3 years old I called kitchen aid thinking it was under warranty. The bulb turned on after touching the wire under the fridge so I needed advice. I paid 145 for ars to come out, the bulb was 150 and they charged me 187 to install it. 500 to replace a bulb. What a ripoff. Never again.
