Check the unit and found blockage on the air gap, this was causing failure. Erase code and check the unit for the heating problem and found heater is working properly, the problem was caused by the draining problem, because was too much water and the heater cannot steam all that water. On the water valve high pinch, reduce the flow to the dishwasher by the water faucet and now unit is working properly. Job complete."
