Technician was late for two appointments (outside of 3 hour window). Technician was not friendly. Technician charged $300 for labor for 90 minutes of total time. After being quoted over $900 in repairs, I called to ask for any help and was told “no.” I wanted to split the payments up. Steven charged me while complaining about his company making the billing confusing for him to calculate. He left my house only to return 30 minutes later saying he “forgot to charge me $168 in labor fees.” I wanted to refuse to pay but did not. I paid all the fees. Steven was less than friendly and even criticized me when I suggested going electric rather than gas oven. I was. I wasn’t comfortable with this company and Steven. I will never recommend them.
