Paul was a great technician. He explained the issues and the fix required. He was very informative and had great customer service skills. I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

Paul was fantastic. What wasn’t fantastic was your phone system. I got endless texts and emails to confirm appointments and then I got confusing messages that appointments were canceled when they really weren’t. I also tried to call and speak to a person and I just couldn’t get through. In fact, it brought me to a Spanish-speaking site and I hadn’t even pushed any buttons. Again, Paul was awesome and that’s what matters

Erick was great! He quickly located the problem with our range. Initially, he feared it would require ordering a new part. But, he doggedly worked at rehabbing the part and had the range working good as new! It would have been easier for Erick to just order the new part and move on to his next call, but went out of his way to avoid inconveniencing us! Erick was very personable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was very service oriented and an excellent representative for your company!
