Service man was nice and knew how to repair ice maker; however, your scheduling department had much to be desired. I scheduled a service call from 8-12 noon, and then they switched it to 11-2 window. The service man showed up at 3! I had a 4 pm appointment to attend a was disappointed he was not finished when I had to leave.
