Wrong part was ordered ordering correct part ; ordrng 2 5304519044 (MAGNET)s

Customer states the fault code F8-E0 Unit is under warranty.This is a downdraft unit. When I attempted to move the unit slightly to check where the power and gas connections wear it fell off the wood blocks that are no attached to anything and the front feet fell off because the have been over extended. The unit will need to be pulled out to allow access to the parts needing service and or a supervisor will be needed to help with repair. This unit is not serviceable because of installation issues. Customer states the units light does not come on unless the unit is unplugged. Unit is under warranty. Both magnets are missing from the door. Control thinks the door is open.; ordrng 2 5304519044 (Magnet)s

Customer states the door will sag and drag on the liner. They have tried moving the center hinge but found them stripped. Called TAG17676482 to see how they want me to adress this issue. There is a service bulletin for this for shimming the door.; ordrng 2 WR01X47905 (Shim)s
