No led coming on unit is getting 120v but not sending any dc current to ui. Defective board. Board on order follow up required. Esteban was great. He came when expected (although Lowe’s told me someone would come Monday), every other time we have needed a dryer repair for the washer and dryer we bought at Lowe’s, we were told they would be out on a certain day from like 8-5 pm and they wouldn’t even come at all. Also, my garage is super hot so I’m really glad that he came early so it wasn’t quite so hot while he repaired the dryer. I am very happy with this experience, far more than our previous experiences.
