In warranty. Cx states unit is not spinning properly. Found that units belt was not secured. Secured belt and test for proper functions. Unit completed service cycle test . All components are working as intended. No error codes present. Unit is working properly. Job complete.

Found that unit was not washing dishes properly. Entered service mode and found error code regarding diverter plate . Visual inspection of components shows build up on plate preventing diverter from moving freely. Removed obstruction and test for proper functions. Test unit multiple times and all components checked. Good. Unit is working properly. Informed customer to continue observe unit. Job complete. If recalled please send with diverter assembly . Payment received.

Crack in drain hose causing slow leak. Replaced it with preID part.
