Customer states units making loud noise in operation. Found that when operating machine is making loud mechanical humming noise from motor. Ordering motor to replace and will bring back blower wheel as well as dryer repair kit just in case. Unit is in warranty and customer will owe no money for repair.; ordrng 1 W10824899 (Motor)

Customer states unit is not switching between agitate and spin. Put unit into diagnostic and found it displaying F7E1 code. Ran diagnostic cycle and found that unit was stuck in spin and wouldnt shift to agitate. Found pulley was stuck nit shifting. Removed and reinstalled a splutch kit. Unit now operating as designed.

Customer states unit is leaking and bouncing. Having issues regulating hot and cold water. Part 661614 (switch water temperature no longer available. Also parts 64065 and 63466 related to units stabilization are no longer available. Unit is in warranty and customer owes no money for diagnostic.

Customer states unit got stuck in cycle. Found units belt slipped off. Corrected failure and retested. Unit now performing as designed. Unit is in warranty and customer owes no money for repair.
