Replaced seal Cx provided. Unit also has old style heater, installed new heater for special project. Tested unit functions as designed. parts and labor covered by oem; used 1 W11537778 (Heater) from stock"

Warranty Repair:
Repair guy parked in my driveway behind my wife’s car as she was trying to exit. He removed a stuck screw in my dryer. The only he said to me the entire time was “next time you’ll have to pay”. Not the warmest of encounters. Anyways he fixed the dryer.

Erick was very thorough and tried hard to figure out the problem with my fridge. He found a loose wire and we thought that was it but that was not the issue.
