Check the unit and found an error code F0E2 and F0E5, this about oversuds and off balance load. Check the unit on test mode and as soon I start the spin cycle drum is going bouncing to much. Check the unit and notice the inner tub is completely loose causing the failure. Try to remove the agitator in order to see the issue, unfortunately wasnt available to do that. Inform the customer in order to see exactly what is wrong we need broke the agitator to get access. But at this point the unit will need gearcase, suspension and agitator.
