"The unit was unplugged when I arrived. Plugged in the unit. I thought I heard the relay overload kick off but was not sure. Let the unit sit for a while and the compressor started. Let the compressor run for a while but did not feel the compressor getting hot or any significant heat exchange happening. Disconnected the condenser fan and noted no change. The unit will need a compressor, and filter drier and to be inspected for leaks. The compressor is behind refrigerant lines and will require extra time to work on.; ordrng 1 WR87X43805 (Compressor kit) and 2 WR87X30875 (Drier)s"

Found the pat line 2 did not have full power. Cycled breakers and tested unit unit checks ok.
