Customer stated light on right side wall. Been waiting for light to be replaced. Took light out and found light plug harness is foamed in. Sent in pictures of me even trying to move harness out a little more. Didnt work. Unit is going up for review for replacement. Harness plug is stuck in the foam. Customer will be reached out 3 to 5 business days on. Case number 21570021. Job completed.

Customer stated that it wouldnt run at all. Tried in front of me. Started up locked and moved drum then popped up f7e1. Complaint is that it wont run and it was very loud lately. Under a five year warranty. Gearcase is needed. Drum locked up. Had to go move it and unlocked. Major scratch sounds when turning. Gearcase is needed and can. W11449840 gearcase. Cam W10721967. Bolt W10752187. Agitator W11550891. Nut W11551646. Unit started to function after unlocking basket. Filled agitated spun. Major noise.
