Service guy was very polite and helpful and explained the matter and told me what my problem was very helpful

Thank you, Erick I was extremely surprised when I arrive home and found out that my washer was working I was told by my mom that you were very kind and very detailed on finding out the problem your fast response and expertise are greatly appreciated. I was under the impression that I was going to be without a washer for another 3 weeks from what the previous company had told me so glad I decided to request for someone else to come in and check the washer.
