F0e3(overload) error code present. Erased code and performed diagnostic cycle. Unit completed diagnostic cycle with no functional failures. Machine IS agitating. I asked Cx if theres any particular sized loads that the machine is having the not agitating issue with. Cx said with bigger or heavier loads. She specified jeans. I asked her how many pairs of jeans she washes per load. Cx replied that she washes 6 pairs of jeans at a time. I asked Cx provided 4 full sized bath towels to further diagnosis. Performed rinse and spin cycle with the 5 full sized bath towels. Unit was agitating but is seemed like Washplate was loose. Removed agitator and inspected Washplate. Washplate bolt was loose. Tightened bolt and retested unit. Unit now operating as designed. Job complete.

"Upon arrival found unit no producing any ice, check the unit and temperatures are good on both compartments. Check the ice maker, and run a diagnostic and motor dont turn at all. Replace the ice maker on the unit, retest the ice maker and now is working properly. Advise customer to wait at least 24 hours for ice production and 72 for ice bin full. Job complete"
