Warranty. Cx complaint is unit runs and runs long dry times. Inspection of unit found vent on home had a clogged door. Cleared lint door is operating fully. Further tests found failed moisture sensor.disassembled and replaced. Unit is now drying per design. Job completed.

Warranty. Cx complaint unit still f9e1. Ran diagnostics and unit passed tests. Inspected under unit and did find wire harness on drain pump shorting. Replaced harness and wire is now good. Retested and drain pump is humming for a few seconds and then starts. Component activation proved pump is defective. Ordered new replacement pump and need to follow up when available.; ordrng 1 W11396717 (PUMP-WATER)

"Verified Costco warranty. 2 year. Cx complaint of gasket ripped, torn. Low ice production. Replaced ripped right side ff gasket heat treated to seal and unit is sealing per design. Ice maker inspection found proper operation. Advised Cx about ice pilling up causing the slow production. Unit needs to have ice tray shook couple times a day to get full. Cx approved education and job completed"

Great experience with the D&G warranty I have. They coordinated with Appliance Repair Specialist who sent their tech Tim to come to my home to repair my microwave. He was on time and able to repair it. They were very good keeping me aware of who was coming and when. Tim also kept me aware of when he’d be here a week before and then on actual day. Very conscience friendly and fast.
I’m very pleased with these two services.
