"Inspected unit and ran diagnostic tests with cx present and right away I found the the air gap had been clogged. Last tech never connected unit to run tests. Also Cx said she received an invoice saying the pump sump was replaced,AH had replaced a pump assembly. I installed dishwasher correctly also removed and cleared clog in line to disposal. This should have been a first call complete. Cx requests TG for any other services. Unit is now working per design. Please be sure to pay tech TG for diagnostic service."

Cx complaint not agitating. Actuator faulty upon arrival. Found belt slipping. Found actuator fault. Replaced parts with new parts. Ran diagnostics. Tested components out okay. Complete functional test. Operating as designed

Found unit is not heating ordering new magnetron ; ordrng 1 W10754299 (Magnetron) and 1 W11184551 (Panel) and 1 W11333816 (Board)
