Inspected unit for frost and ice buildup. Unit is leaking air at bottom of freezer door causing ice and frost to buildup. Cx says he has to defrost about every 2weeks. Also there is a good size crack in the liner. Cx has had same issues since bought new in November. Called tech line to deem unrepairable. SR# unavailable. Was disconnected before he could get me sr# Tech line has all information and is under review for exchange. Whirlpool is to contact Cx after review.

it took 4 weeks till my dishwasher was fixed!! ever time i had a appointment something happen and i had to be schedule till it was 4 weeks finally the appointment was done
