As a lack of communication between the user interface in the main control. Install replacement user interface part number 5304533309. Also installed replacement Main Power BoardSide mount user interface display will not reset displayed error code ER CE. Per guidance from Randy at Electrolux inspected connections behind user interface display mount also under freezer top hinge connector. Inspected connections on main control board under freezer floor and unit will not reset. Unit was running upon arrival. Cooling properly. With no icemaker production and the display of the error code. after replacement of the dispenser mount user interface, interior, lighting and cooling functions have ended. Customer will attempt to store food in other freezer refrigerator storage units. Per Randy at Electrolux ordering replacement main control and also side mount user interface. Repairs made 100% under the manufacture warranty at no charge of customer . JB OUT 3/1/25Install replacement motor and sump assembly. Test operation in normal wash cycle verified correct water fill and wash functions. Cancel cycle verified correct drain function. Reassembled unit and tested again with customer present. Unit now operate as designed. Note recommend homeowner contact installation crew to return to the house and correct the drain hose installation. Under the kitchen sink the drain hose from the dishwasher sits up against the electrical power supply cord from both the dishwasher and the garbage disposal and poses a potential risk for Water leak and electrocution. It is the homeless responsibility to correct this installation deficiency. No charge to customer. Job complete.
