Water and ice dispenser does not operate, user interface display shows door open when door is not open. Removed pantry drawer user interface unplugged it and restored light operation.Ordering replacement pantry, drawer, interface, wiring, harness, and water valveAdvise customer to contact assurance/Lowes to have serial number corrected on service contract. Tested unit found defective control board causing inconsistent issues; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control)

"JB out 9/7/24Customer states washer does not always drain all water out of wash tub leaving clothes wet at end of spin cycle.Tested washer with Towels. Found customer STILL using HE Turbo Detergent and not selecting Deep Fill water option. Allowed washer to fill and agitate. Explained again that too much detergent suds prevent all water from draining from the wash tub in the time that the electronic control allows for draining.After 10 minutes of wash time, canceled wash cycle. Selected Drain &Spin and in presence of customer observed all water drain from wash tub.Selected Towels cycle and DEEP FILL option. Observed water fill and washer agitate towels.Found and corrected drain hose crimped restricting flow of water exiting washer. Tested a Third wash load of towels with DEEP FILL option selected. Verified proper water fill, agitation , drain and spin.No parts used. No charge to customer for correcting restriction in drain hose. JOB COMPLETE"

JB out 9/4/24.Customer states washing machine will not drain. Upon arrival found customer had used shop vac to empty water from wash tub. Removed drain pump cover and filter. Fied accumulation of lint inside impeller blades of drain pump.Remove the accumulation of lint from drain pump and peeler blades clothes reinstalled pump filter and cover. Filled washing machine with water selected drain only. Verified water is pumping out and leaving machine. Advise customer one time courtesy no charge on a foreign object stuck in water pump. no parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete.
