The unit is under extended warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is the freezer working ok but the refrigerator section is too warm. Found the evap motor running very slowly. Found that is was actually cracked. I replaced the defective fan motor and verified operation. The unit is now able to circulate the air properly. It will take 24-48 hours for the temps to normalize. The issue the the pressure sensor on the control itself. I ran diagnostic to check all other components and all other components checked except the belt. The belt is squealing. I came back today and installed a new main control and the belt and now the unit is no longer squealing and the drain pump is no longer running continuously. Job completed.

During diagnostic I found the unit not filling with water and dry running the motor. I found the connection for the water valve backed out and that was causing the washability issue. I reinserted the connection and now the unit is filling appropriately and all functions are working properly in diagnostics. Job completed.

Found the unit had a refrigerant leak and it is coming from the pan heater tubing. The pan heater is no longer available and so is the main control for this model.
