Found the left roller was the component with a bad bearing. That was the reason for the noise. I replaced all parts of the dryer repair kit minus the belt because the original has five ribs and the new one had 4. The belt was good anyway. All functions working properly after repair. Job completed.

After installing the missing gasket the unit now sound and operates properly. All functions restored and working. Job completed. Please bill out if at all possible for the secondary issue. Job completed.

Found after replacing the Friction pads the door is now behaving properly. Upon installation of the new control board there were two issues. The main control sent has the right part number but wrong part in the box. I took photos. Second the console has two clips that secure the control in place and both tabs are broken. So control not working properly as a result. Will need a new controller and console. ; ordrng 1 W10906426 (Control electric) and 1 WPW10733627 (Console) and 2 W11232015 (Screw)s and 3 W10815836 (Clip panel)s

I installed all parts and took photos of the process. Upon completion of installing all parts as soon as I plugged the unit in the control board fried in the same exact part it did last time. I checked the connection and all connections were installed properly. The pump doesnt check good it only has 2 ohms and supposed to be 19.5. Pump shorted. Needs new pump and main control again. ; ordrng 1 WH22X37837 (Control main) and 1 WH11X29539 (Pump drain)

Found the drain pump coming on but not draining I checked the drain hoses for kinks or obstructions and none found. I replaced the pump from sump assembly and the unit is now draining in a timely fashion. I removed the f9e1 error code that was stored. Job completed unit now functioning properly.
