When I set up the appointment I requested the tech wear a mask. Andrew’s showed up without a mask. Though he was happy to ask if I wanted him to cover his shoes, he seemed annoyed that I asked him to ask. I offered him a high quality mask like the one I was wearing but he declined and opted for a loose fitting surgical mask that he worse under his nose. This caused the mask to puff out on the sides which did not seem like any kind of adequate protection. I asked several questions to understand what happened and how I can prevent this in the future but received responses that were curt and condescending. I would not recommend this tech for future service dates and I hope he can understand the severity of Covid infections to protect not only his customers but his own well being.
