"JB out 3/31/22. Installed all 4 replacement supports and Idler as ordered. Sent 5 th support (wpw10314173 and belt 667570v back, not needed. Reassembled unit and tested operation with customer. Advise customer have performed de linting service at no charge even though the COD Option was declined as a unit wouldve caught fire if I had not. Remind customer to replace existing thin foil ducting material with heavy rigid Ducting material to prevent restriction and preventing lent from building up in unit compartment posing a potential fire hazard and risk for loss of life. Period remind customer manufacture warranty covers repair for defects and materials and workmanship , it does not cover maintenance as required. No charge to customer. Job completeNOTE: left all old parts with customer"

We bought a brand-new, kind of pricey microwave. And started having some issues with it. John came out the first time, and showed me how to take care of a small problem, and said that if the problem continued he’d have to replace the brain of the microwave. At that point my microwave went schizophrenic, it would be up in the middle of the night, it would have a screeching sound that scared us after death, and was silent when you needed a timer or to know when your food was done. Called them up again, they sent John out again, he bought a new brain put it in everything works fine. I’ve got someone on the phone every time I called, and they came out even though we were are remote, within a week. Very, very, very happy.
