Lower harness is severed near the drain pump causing unit to fail draining. Ordering replacement harness.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness)

Unit is not receiving consistent voltage from the timer. I got it to give voltage once during testing. During that test I also found that the temperature knob does not give heat on medium. Only high. Ordering timer and selector switch.; ordrng 1 WE04X25280 (Timer) and 1 WE02X25282 (Heat switch)

Wrong unit. Cx is having issues with another unit in the building. Closing ticket and creating new one.

Unit still has a slow leak in the system. Found oil leaking from tubing connected to condenser. Seams like its coming from inside the cabinet. Ordering dye drier and condenser and rescheduling. ; ordrng 1 5304530007 (Condenser) and 1 5303918358 (Dye drier)
