Drain pump getting 120v but not responding. Agitator fused to Gearcase. Autho required. Latch and strike were removed and replaced. Wire harness missing. Called square trade and they stated that the wire harness has an eta fo the 21st of this month. Follow up required. ; O-emld tckt
