"Found error code f8 e4, remove pan and found water in it. Dried it up, re tested ops and remove door to observe unit. Found o leaks and tested 3 times not interrupting diagnostics cycle. Asked Cx to try again without pre rinsing dishes with water/ no dish soap. If it reoccurs instructed Cx to run unit prior to visit to be able to back track, unit not leaking at time of visit."

Found the unit making noise on spin and found the drain hose came out of the retaining clip. If left undone it would have caused a leak. Good thing the customer called in. All functions tested ok after reinstalling drain tube to the retainer clip. All functions now ok. Job completed.

"Cx stated unit makes noise and vibrates a lot. Found screeching noise coming from belt, tested suspension and tub hub it is checking ok. Leveled left side and removed and replaced belt. Calibrated and tested ops unit working properly ; used 1 W11239857 (Belt) from stock"

Found the drain pump not coming on. I checked the connection for the drain and it was hanging off. Reason for not draining. I reinstalled the connection and the drain pump is working just fine. All functions restored and I recalibrated the unit as well. Job completed.

Found the unit had no error code stored at this time. The customer states the unit is not turning off after hours of use for one cycle. I ran a diagnostic cycle and all mechanical parts checked ok. I replaced the control for better software version. I also gave the customer best tips and practices as well. All functions tested ok after repair. Customer will call back in if any issues arise. Job completed.
