Customer stated that the unit is making a squeaking noise and off balance. Checked unit for error codes no codes. Ran cycle with a blanket and spun. Unit spins as designed. Found squeak is from the fill hoses and drain hose rubbing on back and wall customer to fix. Tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that the unit is not using enough water and agitating noise. Checked unit for error codes only found load detected when in clean washer. Ran diagnostics everything is working to specs. Customer is using powder soap which might be causing issue. Customer to switch to liquid. Fixed loose agitator tested all works good at this time.

El sr Tyler no supo identificar el problema y gaste en plomero fue lo que el indicó y NO era necesario el problema era no caía agua caliente a Labadora de ropa. Mr Tyler indicated a wrong diagnostic and make me spend money in a plumber which wasn’t necessary the problem was hot water NOT coming out to the washing machine.

Tyler has been working on my down draft system really well, he started with the filters unfortunately it didn’t work. He has been very helpful and he has keeping up with his appointments on time but I’ll see him again soon.
