The unit is under manufacture warranty so no changes for service. The customer complaint is that it fill and doesnt wash then drains. Found the unit has a f4e3 wash motor not running. Indeed it is not. I replaced the defective pump and motor assembly and verified operation in diagnostics. All functions tested ok after ok after repair. Job completed.

The unit is under manufacture warranty so no changes. The manufacture sent the customer a new freezer door. I installed the new freezer door and verified the door sensor making good contact. All functions tested ok after replacing the door sent. Job completed.

The unit is under extended warranty so no changes for the service. The customers complaint is not dispensing water and not making ice. The filter was replaced recently. I reinstalled the filter that they were using and all functions of the dispenser were restored. The ice maker cycled but didnt fill with any water. I removed the ice from the fill tube and ran the ice maker again and now it is fill properly. All functions are now restored and working job completed.

"Cx in warranty, Cx stated unit does not start. Found error code f7 e4. Found 120 vac from brown wire to bulk and white wire at j6 connector but not at shifter. Found 2.4 k ohms at shifter but not at j6 connections. Removed and replaced lower harness and shifter as well.; used 1 W11643701 (Lower harness), and 1 W11481722 (Shiftactuator) from stock"
