The unit is under warranty so no changes for service. The customers complaint is the unit completely dead and not turning on. I checked power at the wall and was constant at 119 volts. Power checked good. I then checked the 20 amp fuse and that also checked good. I then reconnected the unit to power and it came on. I tested the unit a couple of time and all functions working. A possible loose connection but Im not to sure where. All functions have returned to normal. Job completed.

Also the unit has another error code stored f7e1 wash motor not running and indeed it is not. The drain pump motor is making a very abnormal sound while operating. I found the thermal fuse open and the reason for not turning on and not heating. I checked the vent on the outside of the home and there were a few spider webs and a big spider. So I removed the webs and ran a heat test. On high it is reaching 155 degrees. All functions restored and working. Job completed.
