"Need work- unit in warranty- cx complaint WASHER SENSES AND THAN ENDS WASH BEFORE STARING TO WASH- multiple issues found - gear case is scraping - rotor bolt is stripped , will need to replace all parts underneath- looks like wire harness has been taped up, look at pictures- agitator is stuck on shaft will need break off- basket bouncing up & down like a basketball- requires authorization- ordering parts ; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W11400156 (Suspension) and 1 W11568984 (Lower harness) and 1 W11449841 (Gear case) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clucth) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 6 W11027980 (Screws)s"

Washer drain pump is working good on site. Customer said not draining All cycles pass.

Washer gear shaft broke off from gear case.need new gear case assembly.reroute for parts.; ordrng 1 WTW4816FW3 (Gear case)
