"Upon arrival, inspected unit, found unit, making loud screeching and grinding noise check motor motor is making the screeching noise and gear case is making the grinding noise try to remove agitator assembly. It is seized onto the transmission will need to cut it off, so ordering all agitator parts to replace the one that will have to be cut off when the unit goes in to agitate agitate, but it does not agitate as it should. It barely moves while making a grinding noise. Ordering agitator, agitator, coupler, agitator, cam assembly, agitator, retainer, basket of gear, case assembly, drive motor and capacitor. Please send back the shift, actuator belt and drive pulley. Will need a two job count. Does need preauthorization through Lowes Assurant; ordrng 1 W11418231 (Agitator) and 1 W11561052 (Coupler) and 1 W11158175 (Agitator cam to Assembly) and 1 W11661945 (Retainer) and 1 W10528947 (Basket hub) and 1 W11454738 (Gear case assembly) and 1 W11222082 (Drive motor) and 1 W11227944 (Capacitor) and 2 W10772621 (Add to tater nut and washer)s"

"Upon arrival, put unit into diagnostics unit would make a weird noise when cam would engage replaced Drive pulley, tested unit again. Unit did not really make any noise unit passed all tests and diagnostics and is working as intended. Advise customer that they have any more issues to please give us a call back. Also ran a factory calibration on the unit for the consumer job complete"

Found that units lint filter/trap was warped not allowing it to fit flush and therefore not allowing door to close properly. Removed and replaced. Units door now closing and lint trap sitting flush.

We ran checks on the harness harness was OK we found that the unit had a bad shift actuator. I had a shift actuator on my truck stock was able to make the repair tested unit unit is now working as intended. Job complete; used 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) from stock
