"Upon arrival customer stated the unit is to cool, this because customer put the unit to bake and after 20 minutes, open the door and notice the unit isnt at the temperature they setup. Select another cycle and the unit is like 100 degrees below that temperature. Call tech line and after inspection, and a cycle to 350F normal bake, unit has average 344.5F, this because the lowest is 329F and hinges is 360F. Upon arrival found unit with burner valve to high for the flow. Readjust this and now flame is good. Additional found a leak on the hose for the gas supply. Inform this to the customer.

"Upon arrival found unit no heating up properly. Check the unit and found, igniter wasnt in the right position causing the burner not getting on. Readjust the igniter, retest the at 350F, staring at 14:42 and unit reach the temperature at 14:50, this unit now is working properly. Check the left side oven as well and now unit is working properly. Job complete"
