"Upon arrival found unit no heating up properly. Check the unit and found, igniter wasnt in the right position causing the burner not getting on. Readjust the igniter, retest the at 350F, staring at 14:42 and unit reach the temperature at 14:50, this unit now is working properly. Check the left side oven as well and now unit is working properly. Job complete"

"Upon arrival found unit with flame going to high on the outside and center burner. Check the unit and found a bad burner head causing the failure. Replace the head, retest the unit and now is working properly. Job complete"

Upon arrival the garage door was open. Belt came off of the pulley. Reinstalled belt and tested the dryer with towels. Unit tested ok

No fault codes stored. Customer is using drying agent. Suggested using sani rinse and adjusted rinse aid to A-3.

Door operation is normal. Advised customer regarding product placement. Temperature selector changing on its own shouldnt be possible.
