"Customer complaint is that the unit is off balance along with some clothes, not draining all the way. Unit is under warranty. Tested unit and found that unit had an off balance load along with error code stating issue with lock. Tested the lock lid lock did not want to open and found that voltage was not coming from control board to lid lock . Will be returning to replace control board on unit ; ordrng 1 W11550649 (Control board)"
