Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit is making loud noise during operation. I found failed rollers and idler pulley. Removed and replaced rollers and idler with repair kit. All tests good.

Unit is in warranty covered by NSA. Customer stated that the upper rails in the freezer have fallen apart and lower rails in freezer are not closing all the way. I called Hisense and they said theyre ordering the upper rails. I will use the lower rails on return. Order should have 4 rails in total. ; O-emld tckt

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the unit is not running blower at high speed only low. I removed and replaced main control and still not functioning. I tried to pull down microwave but I found that the cabinets do not have a big enough hole for venting and the vent bracket is stuck under cabinets holding micro in place. I pulled down and it wouldnt move. I dont want to break cabinets. Customer to make unit accessible. Will use fan motor on return. ; schdld next appmnt for 11/20 THU !

Unit is warranty. Customer stated that the unit is making noise. I found that the belt cover was rubbing on drain pan. I instructed customer on installation and checked washer for damage. No damage to washer. Customer will lift unit up.
