Stephen fixed the washer. However less than 2 hour later we got an error message on the first wash after Stephen left. I called the office and was told “Not our problem. We fixed, cleared the system You will have to go thru the warranty program. Again .” I am disgusted with the service we received. No one asked what the error code was. I went on the internet and looked up the error code later that afternoon and discovered it was a simple fix that my husband and I were able to correct. But not one person asked a word or took the time to figure out what was going on to help us. Had I not pursued on my own (with no help from your company) we would have waited for over a week to get the washer fixed again thru the warranty system for an “out of balance error”. It is shameful no one even asked what the program error was. What harm would it have taken for your company to at least ask what the error message was instead of saying we had to start the process all over again. Earlier that day I started the process again it was going to take another week. That was why I looked up things on my own on the internet. To me this is not good customer service.

ARS calls the day before to give you the window of expected arrival. Next day they let you know when the service person is on his way. The service was to replace the gasket around the refrigerator door and was completed within a short time.
