Did not complete cycle began making a knocking noise. The customer had to drain spin the load. Checked for faults and ran a service test. 7-6(motor CKT open) The unit tested ok in the service cycle. I was not able to duplicate the knocking noise. Spoke to the customer about loading and what to watch for. The customer is experiencing plumbing issues and has run the drain outside. I do not see a code for this but some of the customers descriptions of problems could be from siphoning. This units does not allow me to check for this because of limited troubleshooting. I can only do a service cycle which does not add enough water to test this. Advised customer to try and get a video of the sound complaint for ID and to consider what I have explained about this unit when loading the unit.

"The cardboard box bottom was left under the unit, there is a different drain hose on the unit that might cause siphoning and the customer was washing 1 large thick velour blanket when the unit became unbalanced. The unit passed its service test and has a 2-1( Ui stuck button)code. Explained to the customer that that large blanket will probably not wash right because of how difficult it would be for an agitator to balance out this one large (and very heavy when wet) item. I could not duplicate the no start issue. Showed customer that all LEDs must be lit before releasing the button. Recommended using the supplied drain line and not inserting it too low in the drain pipe. This might not be possible for this customers drain set up. Told customer to check the drain because I dont think I could get it down the drain without possibly getting it stuck or breaking something. Unit operating as designed"
