It was excruciating waiting so long for the part to arrive, and then waiting another couple days for service, but Daniel arrived right on time, as scheduled, and in just a few minutes, my washer was working like new. Kudos, Daniel, for being awesome.

Our repair technician was extremely professional, friendly, and took time to explain procedures. He explained the tests he would be running on the appliance, why, and what would come next. I appreciate the thoroughness of his work, the care in handling the appliance, and the cleanliness of the area upon completion of the work done. Overall, we were provided an excellent job.

Samson was able to determine the issue and change the part. Aside from Samson being great, I feel the company website should be more updated to correlate with the teams actual schedule as well as connecting with Lowe’s so they’re aware of the scheduling system.
