He nice and he tell you what the problem is and get it done

The man was superb very efficient got the job done. He knew what he was doing. The only negative feedback we have is that his timeframe for being here was between 12 to 3 PM. We waited till after 4:00 for him…. still no show …shortyly after that I called the appliance center, but you guys to find out where his whereabouts were …. But our ere closed. I left a message with you folks to find out if you knew his location, but you guys were closed and I thought you guys closed at 5:00.. As we were getting ready to leave our home ,he shows up. I did mention to him that our timeframe given was between the hours of 12 o’clock and 3:00 PMwe’re supposed to be here between 12 to 3. …he apologized and said that you folks were supposed to call and let us know that he was running late….We needed the dryer to be checked and serviced so we decided not to go about our merry Way and let him get the job done even if it was five and then after that and he was through and he was excellent and his work was superb. I went to go check my messages to see if I did get a call and there was a message left at 4:50 PM that he would be here in 10 minutes so I am grateful that he fix it and got the job done right and thank you for your service .

Kenneth did an amazing job. He was professional, intelligent and courteous. I really appreciated everything he did for us.
