Plugged in unit and let it drain until it stopped. Checked for faults and found none. Ran a service test and found the unit operating as designed. Checked control and found it has a roach infestation. Informed customer that damages caused by infestations are not covered. Started a cycle and found it operating as expected.

"Customer states the unit does not add enough water and the unit takes to long to fill. Started a normal cycle low water level. The unit started agitating before water was above the agitator, the flow was slow. Replaced valve and tested. Unit checks ok."
