Tested valves found valves not to be operating properly not allowing unit to fill in time before and it times out. Unit needs new valves; ordrng 1 W11172234 (VALVES ). removed and replaced valves calibrated unit and unit is working properly.

Horrible service. Was late, stayed for five minutes, didn’t try to create the issue we described, as soon as he left microwave malfunctioned so we tried to catch him and he said he closed the ticket but would order a part. Following day found out nope, no part, have to reschedule after waiting a month for the appointment. Now no microwave and three little kids to feed.
